2024 National EB Camp and Conference & Health Professionals Symposium

DEBRA Australia hosted 2024 Health Professionals Symposium which invited international speakers to share the latest updates in clinical care and research in Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB).

TWi Biotechnology was invited to present the scientific background and latest status of AC-203 in the treatment of EBS at the conference. Our Senior Consultant Michael Chan gave a speech on the AC-203/Diacerein ointment for treatment of generalized EBS at the conference.

Dr. Chen-En Tsai, President of TWi Biotechnology, met with Professor Dedee Murrell, the Principal Investigator of EBShield study in Australia. During the meeting. Professor Murrell gave support and affirmation to this trial.

DEBRA Australia also held the 8th EB FAMILY CAMP from 2nd August – 4th August 2024. This is an annual gathering event of Australian EB patients. TWi Biotechnology set up booths at this event to provide the EBShield study information to patients and understand their family’s needs.
