TWi Biotechnology to Host Global Webinar on Clinical Update and Path Forward for AC-203 in Epidermolysis Bullosa

TWi Biotechnology will host a global webinar, "Unveiling the Future of Epidermolysis Bullosa Care: Clinical Update and Path Forward on AC-203," bringing together clinicians, researchers, patient advocates, healthcare professionals, and members of the global EB community to discuss the latest clinical progress of AC-203 and the future of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) care.

The webinar will provide an overview of AC-203, followed by expert presentations covering the current treatment landscape and unmet medical needs in both Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex (EBS) and Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (DEB). Speakers will also review previous clinical findings of AC-203, discuss the ongoing global development program, and share perspectives on future clinical and therapeutic directions.

The program will feature presentations by Dr. Chen-En Tsai, President & CMO of TWi Biotechnology; Dr. Yiumo Michael Chan, Senior Consultant at TWi Biotechnology; Prof. Johann Bauer, Professor and Chair of the Department of Dermatology at the University Hospital Salzburg and is the Director of EB House Austria,; and Dr. Amy S. Paller, Walter J. Hamlin Professor of Dermatology and Professor of Pediatrics, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. A panel discussion featuring the invited experts and a live Q&A session will conclude the event.

As TWi Biotechnology advances the global Phase 2/3 development of AC-203, the webinar aims to provide the EB community with an update on the program while encouraging dialogue among patients, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, advocacy organizations, and industry partners.

The webinar will be held online on August 20, 2026 (US and Europe) and August 21, 2026 (Taiwan). Participants worldwide are invited to register and join the discussion.
